Sam C really saved us! Our garage door broke right before 5 pm but of course he took care of the problem…. Staying about 2 hours to get us up and running. So polite and friendly and knowledgeable! But the part of the story that impressed me was when I said” Wow, what if this had happened a week ago when I was going out the door to surgery?” He said,” We would have gotten a couple of guys here and gotten that door out for you!” Reliable! Great service and professionalism from beginning to end. Thanks Sam!

Sam Mathis did a great job. He explained the problem, gave us options, and ensured the repairs were done to the best of his ability. But beyond that he took the time to explain ways we could ensure the door was sealed well and what to do if we had any other issues while the repairs were under warranty. They arrived at my house about 6:00 p.m. Only waited about half hour after my call. They inspected my door , told how they were going to repair it. It took them a couple of hours. Very clean and efficient.! I felt like I had called the right place.Thank you Precision Door.

I would give you a 10 if I could, that's just how satisfied I am with the young gentleman that came Jordan to fix my garage door. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to act as though I was a 2-year-old why are you doing that what's that for, and he very patiently explained each step that he took fixing my door for me. I called Precision in the morning and they had someone out to fix the garage door the same afternoon. Kyle provided great service in addition to being friendly and professional. Various options were provided to replace the torsion spring for our garage door and he thoroughly explained each option. If the need arises I will be calling Precision again.
