He explained what needed to be done to the current door system to insure safe operation after the new garage door opener was installed. This is the second time I've used Precision Doors and once again I am totally satisfied! I called today and they were able to fit me in the same day. They gave me a short window so I didn't have to wait around all day. Love that they send me a text letting me know the tech is on the way, their name, and even a little about them. My tech was Grant S. Because of the text I was able to greet him by name and know who to look for. I explained the problem to Grant as he listened and asked me questions. He looked up my service history to make sure it wasn't something from a previous service call. He looked over the situation and gave me a quote as requested.
