I got someone out to the house within two hours and they even came early! It took no more than ten minutes for a full inspection and a very detailed overview of what was wrong, what wasn’t, what would need fixed later and then we got a few quotes and then the garage fixed all within an hour. This is by far the best service I have gotten and would recommend to anyone. Worth Henry is very knowledgeable and kind. He was straight forward with the prices and had answers for all our questions.

Hi. I found your ad in the Valpak. Took me a while to make a decision , but I am glad I did. My call was handled pleasantly, and efficiently. I was kept up on scheduling. On both inspection and service they were often able to come sooner. Both Zach and the two service techs were great to work with. I only needed a 7' door trim seal on one side of garage door. I'd heard Precision's commercials many times but had not had the opportunity to use their services until today when I went to walk the dog early this morning and found my "past its prime" garage door opener had decided it was done. I called Precision soon after and they sent out a representative later that same day and had a new opener installed before I was done with lunch. Mr. Henry (the installer) did a great job - asked good questions and tested the old opener and door to get a good feel for the problem. He provided me with several options at various prices to choose from which was appreciated. The new opener works great and is much quieter than the old one. Thanks, Precision!

Last night my garage door broke beyond what I was able to fix on my own. I called Precision this morning and they were going to have someone out to me within a couple hours. Brandon Cosner called me shortly after and was able to be at my house within 15 minutes or so. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a couple options. He was able to temporarily fix my door and track so it would actually close. I've set up a time next week to have the door and track replaced (and installed properly). I'm very happy they were able to get to me so quickly, and I'd definitely recommend Brandon!

Like many of us the need for garage door repair wasn't on my radar today, but with a BAM came the need for new springs. I didn't have the time or desire to fix it myself, and Precision Garage Door could have a tech here in an hour. My tech, Grant, was courteous and professional offering several repair options after assessing the age and condition of all my tension and lift components. The work was done in 45 minutes and everything was back in working order all around. I don't take the time to do too many reviews, so this review is well deserved.

Sean fixed my garage door quickly. He communicated clearly and transparently for the price and options. I was a little surprised that the estimate the office gave over the phone was much lower (yet technically within the range) and did not mention the possibility for additional charges to the broken spring. Noticed that my panels on garage door had sunlight coming thru and then saw screws had pulled loose from the hinges. Called Precision at 9:20am and within an hour the service tech was there to fix it. Even though it wasn't an emergency you showed up immediately. Tech Brandon show me what else was or could go wrong, wrote up the estimate, which I approved & repair completely quickly. Great reaction time, tech work & customer service. Thank you
