Very pleased with the fast response and excellent repair to stabilize the door and replace hardware on my garage door. The ads for Precision Garage Door Service are accurate - they do have the necessary parts in the truck and scheduling is so easy! I was amazed at their fast response. The garage door is again able to be opened smoothly and stay on the track! The technician Kyle M. was courteous, answered my questions, and he did a great job.

First time working with Precision. I was able to get a technician out to my house the same day as my call, which was awesome. Grant Sagan was great to work with. He did an excellent job explaining the issue and recommending a solution. He completed repair work and installation of a new spring promptly and did a fantastic job. Our garage door works better than ever. I highly recommend Grant!

I had an amazing experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I called with my problem, and within one hour a technician was out to assess the issue. Issue was quickly assessed, and remedy options were clearly laid out. I chose one of the options and the technician was able to make an install at that time. Not only was he professional, and efficient -- he went beyond what was asked by cleaning my garage doors -- inside and out!! I live on a gravel road, so you can imagine my surprise and delight to have clean doors. I will MOST DEFINITELY use Precision Garage Door Service for all of my garage door needs!!

Scheduling was easy, the first gentleman (Zach A.) who came out to provide a bid was SO much friendlier than the first company we had come out. When it was install day, Hunter S. was professional and again very friendly. Precision was in and out after showing us how to work the upgraded garage. We couldn't be happier.

I was having problems with my 45+ year door opener and I called to get an estimate at 4.55pm. By 5.15 Jordan was in my driveway looking at the issue. In the process of giving me a quote, he adjusted the opener and it is working again. I may not buy a new one until this dies, but I will be sure to buy it from Precision. Second time using them and great customer service.

I called two hours ago.....technician called and arrived within an hour. At my request (after his diagnosis, ) he gave me itemized estimates on three specific repairs we were looking at, as well as the total for all three, complete. This helped me budget how I was going to pay for the job(s.) I really appreciate that. I wasn't planning on doing anything, today, but, decided to go ahead and have one of the three repairs done, since I was happy with the price, the speed of the service, and the technician, himself. Well done !!! See you, soon, for the remaining repairs.

We had an excellent experience with Precision installing our new door and high track system. First, we absolutely love the transformative impact it made on our garage! But more importantly, the whole team was great to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and frequent the entire way, which was crucial as we needed to get the door installed on a tight timeframe to meet other house project dependencies. Brody and Hunter did a fantastic job installing the door on a very short turnaround. Thank you to everyone at Precision of Des Moines!
