We had a great experience. Jordan was at the house within an hour of us calling and was professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing and programmed all the new remotes and showed us how to use the app, which is nice if you ever need to let someone in remotely or forget to close your door when leaving. I would definitely recommend.

Thursday the 21st around 2 PM when I was closing the right-side garage door the cable came off of the left-side drum. The door hung up about half way down. I forced it closed as I thought I would not get anyone to repair it that day. I called Precision Door and the lady said that one of the repair men was finishing a job and would be out between 4 and 4:30 PM. Kyle arrived early, around 2:30 PM, and rehung the door. He was very courteous and professional. He lubricated the rollers on both doors and even increased the spring tension on the left-side door so that it was easier for me to open. Now, that’s service – he makes your company look good.

Responded to my call the same day. Service tech Kyle explained everything to me about repairs needed and new opener options. He was very patient and careful to explain all the pros and cons to help me make my decisions. He did excellent work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate my new opener. Professional and quick response time. Kept us updated on appointment time and actually moved us up several hours. Technician was knowledgable, pleasant and curtious. This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection. Kyle was prompt, communicated well, and got the job done at the time of the service call. My old opener wasnt working well, and a new opener was suggested. Its working fabulously. My only ask would be to have the available coupon applied automatically. I didnt look at the website before the service to know a coupon was available. Thank you!
