I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so! He then went over all instructions and demonstrated the door opener working. It is so smooth and quiet! My wife and I are extremely thankful to Precision Doors and specifically, Sam our technician!

My initial contact and service call with Bryce was very positive and when the issue of installing a new keypad was diagnosed as a problem with the circuit board, the charge for the service call was waived and quotes for a new opener or new circuit board were promptly sent. We decided on a new unit, and Jordan’s installation service on June 6 was quick and efficient. The availability and use of a $50 coupon toward the total cost helped to “soften” the blow of a bigger than expected expenditure from our earlier plan of just replacing the keypad. Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. First of all - everyone was very polite throughout the process of scheduling and when the job was being completed. Communication was great on when someone would be out and we appreciated the prompt service. We had a spring break on our garage door and needed that serviced. Our door was pretty old so there were some other maintenance issues that were suggested to be updated as well. If you have any sort of skills with fixing things on your own, you may want to double check what kind of price gouging is going on with these extras before you have them completed. I made the mistake of having them fixed and my husband realized that we paid $220 for 10 rollers to be replaced when we could purchase these on our own for $25.00. This is very disappointing. So- buyer beware. Learn from our mistake.
