On a cold, cold summer winter morning, the spring on our garage door broke. I called and they were there shortly after to inspect and repair. Within a reasonable time, with a job well done, he had the door fixed. Price was fair. Later that afternoon we were able to get out.

My door went down fine when I left this AM, but my wife later told me she heard "a noise" as the door went down. It would only open a few inches when I returned. I determined it was likely a broken spring, though it was internal to the shaft at the top of the door so it couldn't be seen. Having just recently seen an ad for precision, I called around 11:30 and was told a tech could be here between 12:00 and 2:00. AMAZING! Brandon showed up and immediately agreed it was the spring. I signed his estimate and, having the parts with him, began immediately. He replaced all necessary hardware and also replaced the rollers as he was able to show me these were significantly worn. The work was fast and obviously that of a well- trained professional. We also got to exchange a few hunting stories! :) Don't hesitate to call Precision.

This company has very good customer service and their technicians are very competent. I had a new garage door opener installed three years ago. Precision just replaced the springs on our door today after we had one break. Brandon Cosner reviewed our existing door and recommended the service we needed based on the age of the hardware. Garage Door Precision Service was absolutely amazing to work with. Fantastic communication! I knew who was coming, they sent a picture of the person in a text with contact information. I ask a lot of questions and the person they sent was so patient, answered everything, and also gave additional information that was helpful for us when we were making decisions. Work with them, you won't regret it! A panel on our garage door broke. After talking about our options we ordered a new one and also had a keypad installed. We were able to get a consultant, quote, and get it fixed in less than 48 hours.

You more than met my expectations, solved the problem in a very courteous and professional manner. Your technician was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to. A couple of friends found your ad and helped me place the call and I was especially impress with the quick response as I had to Uber to Church and wasn't looking forward to figuring it out on my own again as my daughter in Delaware had ordered it for me this time. The service performed is not listed as you probably don't encounter 83 year old women recently widowed who panic when the door wont open without more knowledge of what could be wrong. Ice had formed and stuck the door to the ground or whatever is under it.

Today was rather cold and our garage door kept stopping halfway and raising after each time I lowered it. I called and Sam showed up on time and carefully listened to me and what I had tried to do to figure out what may be going on. Then, he proceeded to check the door and the opener and fixed the issue which seemed to be due to increased friction between the door bottom rubber and the side plastic cover on the wall. He meticulously explained what he did. He also went over some other details about the state of the door (i.e., rollers) which is several years old. I am grateful for his timeliness and the great/professional service he provided. Thank you Sam.

Things never break at a good time. Saturday night, I got home about 8 pm and my garage door would not open. I called my son who came over and we discovered one spring had broken. He had used Precision before, so he went online and entered a work request for Monday. Sunday morning, they called and were able to work me in - they came, gave me an estimate, suggested a few repairs as preventative maintenance and had my door working within an hour Grant did a great job of explaining what was repaired, was friendly and fast. My door was working again, and that was great since it was below 0 outside. What a great experience, a great technician fixing my door - would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door fixed
