My name is Jen and I’m writing this on behalf of my mom Gina as I worked directly with the gentleman that came out today. We have two amazing employees come out for a consult. Their names were Kyle and Mason. We needed a repair and the quote was completely honest and in asking additional questions, we decided to just replace the entire system. The care in explaining the quote, the equipment, the difference in price when we decided it would be best to replace everything and the warranty was fantastic. The fact it was being done same day was also fantastic. They both worked quickly and honestly went above and beyond by helping me figure out how to program my car to the garage door as well. We are extremely satisfied with how they presented everything, showed how everything worked and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this company and their employees 100%. We originally called about a broken spring for one garage door - and ended up having a complete replacement done on both garage doors. Worth was very thorough, explaining to us why our garage door springs (that had been replaced not so long ago) didn't last, and the weaknesses in our system (original to when our house was built nearly 30 years ago) that would likely cause issues in the near future. The entire replacement (everything but the doors) was done more quickly than I imagined. The doors are quieter and have a lifetime warranty. We would definitely recommend Worth for his professionalism and quality work.

Spring broke on my garage door last night around 9:30. I went online and made an appointment for today! Tech showed up on time and did a complete repair on my door….new springs, cable, rollers and I decided to purchase a new opener as well as mine is 11+ years old. I chose Precision because I was looking for a specific manufacturer of door sealer. The name recognition from your advertising did not hurt. I had expected that a technician was coming out to give an estimate and assurance that Precision could install the Clopay sealer I needed. Actually, Cody came out, analyzed the problem, and offered to make the needed repairs immediately. Cody was professional but also very personable. He obviously knew what was needed and was very accommodating in his explanations. What I thought might be a multi-step process was handled quickly and expertly. Congratulations on living up to your advertising!
