We had seen advertisements on TV and were unhappy with the last company we had do a repair for us. Kyle was our serviceman. He was very personable and easy to work with and understood what we needed. He installed a new door opener along with other necessary changes for us. He also paired up my wife's car to all 3 or our garages because she was only paired up with one.

We got up to go out with the car and the garage door would not work. We call Precision and within an hour or so they had someone come out and see what the problem was. It was determined that due to the age of the opener, it was best to replace most of the parts. We were given an invoice of what it would cost. The person had all the replacement parts with him, and within 2 hours he was done. The employee was very friendly and easy to work with. We were given treatment options and no pressure to buy what might not be needed. You can hardly hear our door go up and down now. I would recommend them.

He explained what needed to be done to the current door system to insure safe operation after the new garage door opener was installed. This is the second time I've used Precision Doors and once again I am totally satisfied! I called today and they were able to fit me in the same day. They gave me a short window so I didn't have to wait around all day. Love that they send me a text letting me know the tech is on the way, their name, and even a little about them. My tech was Grant S. Because of the text I was able to greet him by name and know who to look for. I explained the problem to Grant as he listened and asked me questions. He looked up my service history to make sure it wasn't something from a previous service call. He looked over the situation and gave me a quote as requested.
