He spent time listening to customer, then did general diagnostics to problem solve. Gave reasonable explanation of issues and most economical options for remedy. Not cheap, but no high pressure sales tactics. Felt that he really knew his job. I would recommend this company again.

My opener was noisy, the spring was in poor shape and the tracks were out of alignment because I tried to open the door with a lock engaged. The outside weather gaskets were cut too short so they were not working at all. Grant Sagan, the technician from Precision Garage Door Service asked me to tell him what was going on. He outlined everything that was needed and quoted me a fair price even though a return trip would be required for the new door gaskets. The work that was performed was done in a very professional manner at a fair price and exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the people at Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them for any Garage door issues you could have. They have earned our continued, future business.

Had some cables on the side of the garage door dangling one day after opening the garage door. Looked into it and realized they helped load balance the door and I knew that needed fixed. Looked online and found Precision. They had a tech available next day! I got one two days later for work reasons, but Kyle came out, evaluated the door in about 15 minutes and let me know the issue(s). He suggested all fixes, had 3 levels, and kindly explained them. I only really needed 1 to fix the spring breaking, but did opt for the torsion bar and system as well as the rollers! Wasn’t pushy about what fix or fixes I should do which I appreciate. He went to work and an hour later the door was better than before! Very professional, kind, gave me some advice on the third issue if I wanted to DIY the sensors and fix it up. Honestly super appreciative to have a functional garage door again!

So the repair team took care of the issue B4 any damage to structure or door. Repair was needed because your original installer used to short of lag screws, to mount railings to garage opening. One had fallen completely out of hardware. This what made me check the others. Found 4 or 5 more that had been overtightened and the lags were to short to begin with also. The repair lead kind of shook his head and apologized as he was replacing the short with new longer ones. Moral of the story; Quality of door was like advertised, and they made an error right....Always do your due diligence after any work, as a home owner !

Precision technician was knowledgeable, helpful, personable and professional. He did a thorough assessment of the garage door problems I was having, put together an understandable action plan and executed the plan to perfection. He made sure our remote controls in the cars and on the keypad outside the garage were connected to the new motor. He then explained the use of online monitoring of the open/closed status of the doorr and directed me to a website that I could easily access to perform this function. And it works! Thanks.
