I called precision to simply replace a new gasket on the bottom of my garage door. Employee arrived and had never seen a door/gasket type like on my garage door. He stated I needed a new door. I proceeded to pull up the p-bulb gasket needed on my phone. He took a photo of it and called his manager. He stated he did not have that type of gasket and cannot help me today. As he was leaving I asked if he was coming back or what the next steps were. He said he would ask his manager. It’s been over four weeks and not a word. But of coarse I got charged for nothing done.

I chose Precision Garage Door because my relatives had good experiences with this company. Worth Henry was the technician that came to fix the problem with our garage door. He diagnosed the problem right away. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be fixed and what all of our options were. Worth worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied once he had fixed the problems. Now our garage door probably works the best it ever has since we bought the house. Very great service. Had a spring break on my garage door on a Sunday. I called at 2p.m and they said they could get someone there between 4and 6. The technician showed up at 3:45. He explained everything.pointing out some very worn parts. He replaced the spring, the rollers. He also did a thorough inspection. I would highly recommend precision for your garage work.

We had a broken spring on our door, so I called Precision. They were able to send a technician out the same day, who was within the time they'd given us. Our tech, Worth, provided a full inspection and ran through the options for repair. There was no pressure to select one option over the other. Once we picked the repairs to complete, he had everything needed to get it done on the spot. The door works perfectly now.

Never thought about my garage door opener until the day it didn’t work. The Precision Door jingle popped into my head. It was a Saturday, but they answered the call and sent someone within three hours. Ryan told me what had broken and why and my options for fixing it. After he fixed it, Ryan showed me the new parts. The whole repair process took a little over an hour.

This was my first experience with Precision Door. Jordan Andrus was my service provider. He did an exceptional job. I had very noisy motion movement and a seal issue at the bottom of the poor. What I appreciated was that he first diagnosed the issues, suggested multiple solutions and then let me decide. There was no upscale or pressure. There is more I want done in the future and I’ll definitely call Precision and request Jordan in the spring to complete the services suggested. I now believe the TV adds. Discovered our garage door springs were broken, called Precision and they told us we would have someone out between 4 and 6 today, I called at 4. They were there in 30 minutes serviced the door as well as made the spring change. I am not thrilled how much springs are but everything else on that service call was top notch. My tech was professional and personable. He made suggestions on door maintenance and even left a can of spray lubricant for me to do maintenance on my own. Very pleased with the service, thank you.

Representative from Precision came out, he was very nice. He took several pictures & quoted me $1300.00 to fix my garage door. Told him I couldn't afford that... And he left. Before he left, I asked if Precision was associated with AHS (American Home Shield) He said no. I called AHS, and they sent me a representative from a competitor. After his assessment, he told me my Garage door wasn't broke at all, and that "something" just came loose. The gentleman did the quick fix with the materials that were still attached to the door, greased & lubricated everything and left. (no charge)

We had Precision Door come out to evaluate our 2 garage doors. They did replace all rollers, cables and one door overhead spring system. Great job totally happy. After a few weeks one door would drop down a little, right at my head height. They came out and did a 10 minute adjustment no charge no problem. Appreciate the professional treatment thru it all. Highly recommend Precision.
