Kinda pricey, But very good worker.

Our garage door was damaged when we inadvertently opened our SUV tailgate at the same time the garage door was opening, twisting and bending the door. The company we had used in the past was booked for several days. The door would not close and there was a blizzard forecasted in the next 24 hours. When I saw “Urgent Jobs Accepted” on Precision’s website, it gave me hope. I called and they said they would try to make it between 2-4 but could be later. Sam Campbell called me around 12:30 and said he would be there in the next 30 minutes! Sam was great! Evaluated the damage, gave a couple estimates including one to replace the worn rollers that would be in addition to getting the door back in working order, which I agreed upon. He was done in an hour on this cold January day. The door is quieter and operates smoother than it ever has! Thank You Sam for your expertise and friendly professionalism!

I had an urgent situation happen the other day with my garage door. The cable drum on one side broke and set the whole door ajar. I called Precision and they had a tech out in less than an hour! Sam M did a fantastic job! Since all of the mechanics of the door were so old, Sam had all of the materials on his truck and was able to get everything replaced with all new equipment in just 1 1/2 hrs. A true life saver as we were on the heels of another major winter storm and super frigid weather. Can’t thank you enough Precision and most importantly, Sam! ????

Kyle was prompt, communicated well, and got the job done at the time of the service call. My old opener wasnt working well, and a new opener was suggested. Its working fabulously. We had a great experience. Jordan was at the house within an hour of us calling and was professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing and programmed all the new remotes and showed us how to use the app, which is nice if you ever need to let someone in remotely or forget to close your door when leaving. I would definitely recommend.

Thursday the 21st around 2 PM when I was closing the right-side garage door the cable came off of the left-side drum. The door hung up about half way down. I forced it closed as I thought I would not get anyone to repair it that day. I called Precision Door and the lady said that one of the repair men was finishing a job and would be out between 4 and 4:30 PM. Kyle arrived early, around 2:30 PM, and rehung the door. He was very courteous and professional. He lubricated the rollers on both doors and even increased the spring tension on the left-side door so that it was easier for me to open. Now, that’s service – he makes your company look good.
