My remotes were not working so I called them to come out. Blake came out and showed me my simple error. The Lock button and what it does. Since that was a simple fix and a lesson learned, I had him look at everything else so his trip and time wasn’t wasted. He showed me a roller bracket was torn and the hing arm was starting to tear the panel. I had him fix both of those and also an exposed wire to the eye sensors. It’s all fixed and good as new. He was kind, courteously and helpful. This was the 2nd time I had garage door issues and this company is my go to. They are quick in their response time and very knowledgeable. I made a phone call to Precision and they were at my house within 35 mins. Very nice repair man, Brandon, gave us all the info for a new opener. The problem is temporarily fixed but due to the age it will probably needed replaced. Service was prompt and efficient!
