The whole experience was easy, efficient, and professional. When we emailed with a concern they were ready to get to our house within the day. When the technician came out he was friendly and professional and explained the issue with a solution within 10 minutes and now our door is working great! A service man came out the same day I called to have the rubber on my garage doors replaced. He was polite and helpful and explained everything. He checked out my doors too and suggested other things I could do to improve my doors but didn't push them. He quickly replaced the rubbers on my door.

Was given a time range for the afternoon & then got called bumping me up since they were in the area. Ryan Swift was prompt, very pleasant & did a thorough check. Then went over his findings & let me decide how much I wanted done. He quickly did the part he could do & set up the rest to be done the next day. I made a phone call to Precision and they were at my house within 35 mins. Very nice repair man, Brandon, gave us all the info for a new opener. The problem is temporarily fixed but due to the age it will probably needed replaced. Service was prompt and efficient!
