I can’t say enough about this company. They are a great company to work with. I had them install a new motor and springs in my garage in San Diego, and I was so excited to hear that they were here in Iowa. Sam Campbell was the technician that installed a new motor and a new belt drive for me. He is very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing checked all the codes and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.. he was very pleasant and a nice young man. Jordan was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options for a motor replacement and a garage door replacement, we had damage on our existing door. He was never pushy, just gave clear explanations and the choices to best fit our needs. We are happy we chose to go with a new insulated door, it will definitely keep our garage and family room warmer in the winter. Our original door and motor was from 2002, the new belt drive will be quieter. We like to support local companies for our business.

But the part of the story that impressed me was when I said” Wow, what if this had happened a week ago when I was going out the door to surgery?” He said,” We would have gotten a couple of guys here and gotten that door out for you!” Reliable!
