Who do you call on a weekend when the springs break on your garage door & you HAVE to have your vehicle out on Monday morning to go out of state??? Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, of course!!! You guys were fantastic. No extra charge for weekend service, you found a couple other issues that could have failed soon & fixed them too! Very knowledgeable tech, got right to work fixing the problems & the door was functioning within no time at all. Kyle and Jason were unable to fix my problem with my Genie 900 opener. I admit my garage is a mess but they had ample room to get to opener and wall switch. I was asked "so exactly what is it you would like me to do?" To which I replied, "well, by that question, I can tell this isn't going to go well" (obviously I wanted them to fix it, it was an electrical problem.). I sensed from the get go they really weren't keen on trying to fix it nor putting in a new one. But then having to pay $53.44 and then sign multiple signatures didn't leave me with a good experience.

It would have been less expensive to have the logistic board replaced in our old unit but with times what they are, you can't get parts. We had little alternative but to replace the whole opener unit. Ryan made that change out quickly and with little to no mess and did his best to make it less painful.
