Wow! We called the office at 2:20pm. We were told we we receive a call between 4pm and 6pm. Bryce called at 4:30 and arrive 5 minutes later. We were expecting a review of scope of work followed by a price quote. We were not expecting all parts to be on the service van. We were not expecting to hear” I can start now and can be done between 1 and 2 hours. Door spring replaced. New rollers, door opener and door seal. Top door panel reinforced. And was completed by 5:40. The door works amazingly well. This is what service looks like. Great job! Bryce was very clear on the warranty of all the different parts.

I have been putting off getting the garage door units repaired as unsure of the cost as needed new opener, unit, spring,etc. I called for an estimate. They came same day. The cost was reasonable and they began fixing it immediately and fixed in 1-2 hours at most. My neighbors will so impressed I am parking my car in the garage! 3-15-21 We chose Precision because we were aware of their television commercials. Our door would only come up about 3' and we could not get our cars out. To make matters worse it was 9:00 AM Sunday morning so we felt like we were in jail. I goggled Precision and saw they would come out on Sundays with no extra charges. i used the text option and within a few texts had a appointment time set for between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Our Tech Ryan, arrived about 11:00 AM, very professional and reviewed our situation. He drew up a plan and priced it out for us. Within an hour we were back in business with a new spring roller system that was twice as strong as the builders system and twice as quiet. We also have a 5 year guarantee. The price was fair and are happy with the service/system.
