Customer since 2018, and extremely glad to have found them for all my garage door needs, from initial installation to regular maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. I received excellent service from Precision Garage Door. I called for an appointment and was spoken to pleasantly. The person that I spoke to was professional and very thorough. I was able to schedule a next day appointment. My technician, Nathan, called me to verify the appointment, and came when he said he would. I appreciated that. Nathan completed a detailed inspection of my garage door system, identified the problem, and other issues that I didn't know about. He provided three estimates and explained all three in a way that allowed me to make the best decision for me. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you!

My name is Jen and I’m writing this on behalf of my mom Gina as I worked directly with the gentleman that came out today. We have two amazing employees come out for a consult. Their names were Kyle and Mason. We needed a repair and the quote was completely honest and in asking additional questions, we decided to just replace the entire system. The care in explaining the quote, the equipment, the difference in price when we decided it would be best to replace everything and the warranty was fantastic. The fact it was being done same day was also fantastic. They both worked quickly and honestly went above and beyond by helping me figure out how to program my car to the garage door as well.
