Grant S. came to my home as I had a broken spring. Upon review of my 20 year old system with Grant, we found opportunities for other repairs and updates. Grant is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He presented options for me to choose from, then spent hours out in the cold to ensure the work was complete. I am so thankful for Grant, and Precision’s prompt response. I will be sure to continue to use Precision because of Grant’s fine work!

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. I have always been very pleased with the service Precision Garage Door has provided and remain a very satisfied customer! Kudos to your outstanding company!

There's nothing worse than waking up and your garage door won't open. There's nothing better than having someone there to fix it in an hour or so. Sam did a great job! He assessed my situation, fixed it and told me of any possible future issues without trying to sell me. This is the second time I've used Precision and I highly recommend them for their prompt and courteous service.

Our garage door spring broke in the afternoon and we needed to get it fixed that same night. Brandon came out In the evening and got everything fixed along with some updates to our rollers and the bearings. He wrote everything up in an easy to understand estimate and had the work done in under an hour. Brandon and Precision garage door saved the day. I will definitely call again if we have issues down the road!

I called precision to simply replace a new gasket on the bottom of my garage door. Employee arrived and had never seen a door/gasket type like on my garage door. He stated I needed a new door. I proceeded to pull up the p-bulb gasket needed on my phone. He took a photo of it and called his manager. He stated he did not have that type of gasket and cannot help me today. As he was leaving I asked if he was coming back or what the next steps were. He said he would ask his manager. It’s been over four weeks and not a word. But of coarse I got charged for nothing done.

I chose Precision Garage Door because my relatives had good experiences with this company. Worth Henry was the technician that came to fix the problem with our garage door. He diagnosed the problem right away. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be fixed and what all of our options were. Worth worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied once he had fixed the problems. Now our garage door probably works the best it ever has since we bought the house. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Very great service. Had a spring break on my garage door on a Sunday. I called at 2p.m and they said they could get someone there between 4and 6. The technician showed up at 3:45. He explained everything.pointing out some very worn parts. He replaced the spring, the rollers. He also did a thorough inspection. I would highly recommend precision for your garage work.

Grant Sagan came to our house since our garage was not opening. Our motors and chains were 20 years old. Grant was able to identify the issue and helped select the best motor and belts with warranties so we could use our garage again. He answered all my questions and did a fantastic job.
