Eric was great! He attempted some triage on my garage door opener, and explained why the things he tried didn't work. He offered me a couple of options to replace it, and had it installed within an hour. He even took away the pieces of the old opener, so I didn't have to dispose of it. He was helpful, friendly, and professional.

Garage door broke on Friday evening. Tech was on another job and said he would be here between 6am and 7am the next morning. Hi, I would like to give a shout out and high five to Eric! He was not only very personable but very honest. From the initial phone call I made to their office he was at my residence within 2 hours. I asked for a quote for repairing versus buying a garage door and Eric was honest and straight forward on the pricing along of the makeup of my garage door. I also asked for the garage door opener sensors be relocated along with my wireless keypad to be reprogrammed. This was great customer service and if I need service again I will not have to research any further.
