This Company is fantastic!! Our garage door broke on Sunday, I called another company first that said 24 hour emergency service and they wouldn't come out till Tuesday, because of the holiday. So I called Precision and wow what wonderful customer service. They were here at 11am ON the holiday. So professional and polite. Blake had it all fixed within an hour. He was great. I recommend Precision to everyone, they are awesome!!!!

Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. New garage door opener was installed. Blake was highly proficient at what he was do. Not only was he friendly and courteous, he was very professional in do his job. Cleaned up after himself and made sure I understood how to operate all of the new equipment.

Definately over priced service and over charged. I was charged $60 for $20 bearings. I had 3 installed, do the math. I understand some mark up as appropriate, but 300%?? Only greed and theft, can justify that.

I am very pleased with your company, your technician, and the services he has provided. Today's problem required a minimal fix - I had chipped away some ice that had accumulated in one corner by the sensor and must have jarred it somehow to become misaligned, and that is why the garage door would not shut. The technician didn't even charge us - even in this arctic cold weather, every call he handles has to be challenging. This same technician is the one who repaired my garage door recently and that job took a while - he was and is very professional, knows what he is doing, and is just the best. No one wants to have to get a garage door repaired especially this time of year (December) but Eric came Monday when he said he would be there and repaired our door in 2 hours. The customer service was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and what it would take to fix it in the most cost effective yet highest quality manner. Not having a clue who to call we called Precision based on a recommendation from a friend who had used them and we are very glad we did.
