No one wants to have to get a garage door repaired especially this time of year (December) but Eric came Monday when he said he would be there and repaired our door in 2 hours. The customer service was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and what it would take to fix it in the most cost effective yet highest quality manner. Not having a clue who to call we called Precision based on a recommendation from a friend who had used them and we are very glad we did.

Hi, I would like to give a shout out and high five to Eric! He was not only very personable but very honest. From the initial phone call I made to their office he was at my residence within 2 hours. I asked for a quote for repairing versus buying a garage door and Eric was honest and straight forward on the pricing along of the makeup of my garage door. I also asked for the garage door opener sensors be relocated along with my wireless keypad to be reprogrammed. This was great customer service and if I need service again I will not have to research any further.
