I called Precision because they’ve installed and repaired for us before. Technicians were helpful and courtesy, listened to the issues. It was an easy solve, one I should have thought about, and they figured it out easily. We talked about purchasing another backup battery but decided to see if the current one would hold a charge now that the issue had been resolved. In and out quickly. I will call again.
