I contacted Precision because they had 24/7 operators, had 5am-11pm appts. and their ad claimed best price in town. ALL WAS TRUE! I am so highly impressed with this company. They even called me back when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to move up my appointment because they knew I had a rush job. There phone staff is very patient and friendly. The person who came out, Jordan, had a positive, get-it-done attitude and the repair was 10 minutes, literally. It was very inexpensive, too! Highly recommend!

Being new to the DSM area we remembered seeing a commercial for the Precision Door Service. We just bought our new home when we discovered the garage doors were in need of repair after 20 years of abuse. Kyle came ready to work on the problems we explained to him. Our technician Kyle was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected everything and gave us options on the repairs. We had a broken Spring that needed to be repaired. I also asked to upgrade to a belt driven system everything works great and is super quiet!!!!!

I made a repair request at 9:30 Friday night. We were scheduled for 8:30-10:30 Saturday morning. Our technician called at 7:40 and arrived at 8:15. We had an estimate by 8:30 and the job was completed by 9:30. No extra charge for the weekend. So impressed with the polite, efficient, quality work.
