After watching and listening to our garage door noise, he quickly diagnosed to problem area by pointing out where on the door the problem occurred. He also offered a very viable solution. Very pleased with technician Sam. I wanted to get rid of my noisy chain garage door opener and he went over my options, and I choose the Genie Belt Drive option. Very quiet and smooth. He had all the equipment with him and started and finished the job within an hour. He went over everything with me and set up remotes and keypads and also my car. Would highly recommend.

He was thorough in his analysis of the garage door issues and carefully explained what it take to continue uninterrupted service of the door. There was no pressure whatsoever at any time in his presentation. Kyle worked quickly and was finished in less time than originally estimated. Perhaps the best part was the door was working within 3 hours of my online request for service.

I had several issues with Precision after my garage door spring broke.Bryce is the customer service person I dealt with and he did a fantastic job taking care of the issues I had. All under warranty and no extra charges. They even replaced the bottom panel for free after a service person left some small dents in it with a vice grip.overall excellent service
