Had to have new garage doors installed due to the double door one bowing when I'd open and close it. Bill Cagno did an excellent job in his suggestions from grade, style, added options and color. Took 3 weeks to come in. Hunter Schueler and his crew mate (sorry didn't catch his name) did a fabulous job of installation, how to maintain them and even cut out a small section from our old doors so I could color match to our house paint, which I don't think we will do now since the doors match so well with our house trim and look good as is! Would highly recommend.

Brandon arrived 15 minutes late, outside of the 2 hour window so we were off to a slow start. We chose Precision again, for a garge door lube and tune up, after an emergency bracket repair done last year that was done quickly and adequately. After the garage door safety check, Brandon was able to explain and demonstrate several issues that needed attention. He offered several repair options at different price points. I appreciated the options and ultimately made a choice that made sense for my budget and safety. I can trust Precision and would give them my business in the future.

Jordan Andrus was the Technician that came to my rescue 2 years ago when my overhead garage door railing pulled loose from the door frame. Today one of my springs broke and I immediately called Precision Door Service based the excellent job Jordan did last time. I could not believe my luck when Jordan showed up again this time. We both recognized each other and he again made quick work of installing two new springs and three new bearings all in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Customer for life!!!

The Technician arrived AHEAD of schedule, & carefully checked out the bearings, rollers, cables & drums (the spring was broken). I was given a quote, and the technician raised the door manually so I could leave for an appointment & he immediately started work. The technician left when finished & the area worked in was immaculate. He was quite courteous & explained everything quite well.

Our door technician Ryan was excellent. He explained what he was going to do before making the adjustments. Our doors are mostly glass so they are heavy and he explained the cause of my noise. I liked the text notifications too.
