Ryan was nice however I am very unsatisfied with the product. Ryans assessment after a few button presses was the garage door keypad was no more than 5 years old and already inoperable to the point of needing a replacement. I feel this is unacceptable for such an expensive keypad and garage door system. Cory

I was familiar with Precision Garage Door as I had seen their commercials numerous times. I can recite their jingle and remember they advertise no additional charge for nights or weekend service/repair needs. We wanted to replace our current garage door, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Brinley who was very helpful and had an appointment within a couple of days. They brought catalogs and samples of door colors/patterns. We purchased a black door, an opener and all new tracks. Hunter was our installer. During the install, I happened to come around the corner and overheard Hunter on the phone with someone from Precision. He was advising them that a couple of our black panels had been scuffed in shipment and was asking what they wanted him to do. He had no idea that I heard him on that call. When the install was finished, Hunter walked us through each component, to ensure we were satisfied. He then advised us that Precision had ordered new panels to replace the scuffed ones. This speaks volumes about the integrity of Hunter and whomever he was speaking to back at the office. They could have easily not said anything and took their chances on us noticing them. My replacement panels were ordered, Brinley kept me updated throughout the process. Hunter came back to swap out the panels just like he said he would. Hunter is very professional, detail oriented and thorough in his work. My experience with Precision was great and I would ten out of ten recommend them! Shout out & thank you, Hunter and Brinley!

I needed a new garage door opener and chose Precision due to their reputation. I was able to get the installation scheduled within one week. Your technician - Sam - recommended I get the spring replaced as it was 20 years old. Sam installed the door, spring and wireless keypad and all works smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend Precision.

A new garage door was on the list for this year, it just happened much sooner than anticipated. I made an appointment online, and Kyle was out the same day. I had already looked at options online, so after he looked at the door and the opener, he was honest and said it's going to cost as much to repair the opener as the cheapest option to replace . So I ordered the new door, Hunter was out the next day and got it installed. Now a few weeks later, I booked an appointment online again, Kyle came out again, and installed the new opener. Both of these guys are top notch. The door is incredibly solid, both it and the opener are practically silent. The new opener has some really nice options, you can actually lock the system so it doesn't open with the keypad or the remote, it can also be operated by wi-fi. Both were intalled, cleaned up/hauled away and you couldn't even tell they had been here. I shold be good for a few decades, but I would absolutely recommend them, and ask for Hunter or Kyle.
