Kyle came out shortly after I called about the broken spring on the garage door. He was extremely professional and very courteous. He did an inspection on the door and parts and was very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and explained what the repairs would entail and cost prior to proceeding. I highly recommend him/Precision Garage Door of Des Moines for anything related to overhead doors. 5 plus stars.

Same day service on a Friday. Even though he arrived just after 5:30, he took the time to walk me through what was needed. Quality job! Highly recommend.

Technician Jordan Clark was very professional and gave a clear understanding of our garage door status and overall condition. He presented itemized repair cost options. We decided on a course of action and Jordan completed the repair in a timely fashion. An itemized email was sent upon completion of the work. To add to our experience, we discovered our broken spring about 8:45am and I made a call to Precision customer service about 9:00am to request a repair. Three hours later, our garage door was repaired and functional. Pretty good customer service in my book.

Great staff , Great doors and a great professional install of the new doors and new belt drive operators. Doors and operators very smooth and quiet. We went from blasé cookie cutter doors to wood look insulated, with windows. Huge difference in how the house looks, and no longer are stepping out from the house into a black cave with the new door windows that we did not have before. Competitive price point as well. The response for an appointment was immediate. The installer came out on Saturday on time, had everything he needed on his truck to fix not only my broken spring but also the worn out weatherstripping and cables. The installer was extremely friendly and easy to work with and very motivated, examining the doors to be sure everything was lubricated and tightened. Could not be happier with the work the worker and company. Highly recommend for any garage door repair
