He was very knowledgeable and went above expectations by offering to lube the hinges and showed me how to use various features on my existing garage door. My spring on my garage door broke last night. I quickly went online and chose Precision...wow, the process was so easy and quick, starting with setting the online appointment I was able to set. Ryan came out first thing this morning. Ryan inspected the entire situation plus my other door. He gave me a couple of options and did a fantastic job of explaining each options that would benefit me. I chose a great option and he quickly fixed the issue. I called about 11 this morning with a door issue and had a technician to came between 12-2 today to help. About 11:40 Sam Campbell called to say he could come earlier and I said come. Sam arrived shortly after and soon gave me a report of the problem and remedy choices . He was polite, friendly and answered all my questions. He was finished by 2 PM and clean up done and explained everything. A Fantastic young man and a great job. Will definitely call again when I need service. Called Precision at 7am and spoke with a very friendly and respectful representative, she had us scheduled for service same day between 11am/1pm. Technician Sam called at 10am on his way, very friendly and knowledgeable about how to fix our problem. Springs, cables and brackets replaced done by noon. Would highly recommend, 5 stars ??
