I had an issue with the garage door at a property I own in Iowa. Precision Garage door was able to get me scheduled promptly and resolved the issues in one visit! A special shout out to the technician, Eden, for professionally handling the repair and letting me know what issues needed addressed. Eden also provided solutions that, while I wasn't excited about fixing, were going to cause problems if left unaddressed. Thanks again Eden and Precision Garage Doors!

Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

As luck would have it, my wife and I needed to leave for her to have surgery 6 days ago. A spring on our garage door was broken and I had to hoist the garage door up. I called Precision because they’ve installed and repaired for us before. Technicians were helpful and courtesy, listened to the issues. It was an easy solve, one I should have thought about, and they figured it out easily. We talked about purchasing another backup battery but decided to see if the current one would hold a charge now that the issue had been resolved. In and out quickly. I will call again.

Our garage door broke unexpectedly and I scheduled an appointment with Precision online. They were able to come out within 1-2 hours that same day. Alex was very thorough at explaining the issue and presented us with three different options for the repair. He had all the parts along and was able to fix the issue all in that same visit.
