Booked online and Sam called within a few minutes. He was able to come right away and had my garage door reset and working quickly. He was very knowledgeable and went above expectations by offering to lube the hinges and showed me how to use various features on my existing garage door. He was very helpful and kind through the entire experience. Would recommend Sam Mathis and precision doors to anyone. I’m definitely going to keep track of his business card for future needs.

My spring on my garage door broke last night. I quickly went online and chose Precision...wow, the process was so easy and quick, starting with setting the online appointment I was able to set. Ryan came out first thing this morning. Ryan inspected the entire situation plus my other door. He gave me a couple of options and did a fantastic job of explaining each options that would benefit me. I chose a great option and he quickly fixed the issue. I could not say enough about his excellent expertise and quick work of the issue. Precision & Ryan has a customer for life! Thank you!
