The technicians checked with me each step of the way to make sure the installation was exactly how I wanted it. Did a great job explaining the operations of the components installed. I Called this afternoon for a technition to look at my garage door. It won’t go up or down. It’s been like this off and on for about 5 years. The receptionist asked when I would like it done. Would today between 4 and 6 be ok? I sure didn’t expect so soon. Eric was here, replaced my garage door opener, chain, bar with chain and the electronic eye all in about 45 minutes.

they came out to my place and assessed the situation and saw what was going on, they were professional about everything even when they couldn’t fix the problem. They gave me two options and told me what has to be done because my garage door was from different company that they were the only ones to come and fix, or to convert to other system. Precision doors could of easily convert but I wanted to just keep the original system and that’s why they couldn’t fix my issue. But do to their professional employees and curiosity I would recommend them envy time
