We received a call back from Kyle within 15 minutes and arrived 1/2 hour from placing our order, on a Sunday! Kyle was polite and clearly explained the causes for our malfunctioning garage door opener. Kyle provided several options for repair and/or replacement of worn items. We decided to repair the garage door hardware and replace the opener. Kyle had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 2 hours! We're very happy with Precision and Kyle. We highly recommend Precision for garage door repair.

What a spectacular experience. They were at my house within 4 hours of placing my service call. They clearly explained why the door broke and gave me options for a fix. The technician was phenomenal (give this guy a raise!) and had it fixed in 45 mins. A quick checkout process where an instant email was sent with my invoice, my warranty paperwork and they even included a safety checklist. I contacted Precision because they had 24/7 operators, had 5am-11pm appts. and their ad claimed best price in town. ALL WAS TRUE! I am so highly impressed with this company. They even called me back when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to move up my appointment because they knew I had a rush job. There phone staff is very patient and friendly. The person who came out, Jordan, had a positive, get-it-done attitude and the repair was 10 minutes, literally. It was very inexpensive, too! Highly recommend!

Our technician Kyle was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected everything and gave us options on the repairs. We had a broken Spring that needed to be repaired. I also asked to upgrade to a belt driven system everything works great and is super quiet!!!!!
