I had several issues with Precision after my garage door spring broke.Bryce is the customer service person I dealt with and he did a fantastic job taking care of the issues I had. All under warranty and no extra charges. They even replaced the bottom panel for free after a service person left some small dents in it with a vice grip.overall excellent service

First of all, Kyle is just a fine young gentleman. He called before arriving and was there at the agreed time. We had just called for service the day before, and my husband unexpectedly had to be gone at the time of the appointment. Kyle explained the problem, detailed the solutions, and promptly made the needed repairs. The repair cost was as expected, and the job was completed in about an hour!! We received a call back from Kyle within 15 minutes and arrived 1/2 hour from placing our order, on a Sunday! Kyle was polite and clearly explained the causes for our malfunctioning garage door opener. Kyle provided several options for repair and/or replacement of worn items. We decided to repair the garage door hardware and replace the opener. Kyle had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 2 hours! We're very happy with Precision and Kyle. What a spectacular experience. They were at my house within 4 hours of placing my service call. They clearly explained why the door broke and gave me options for a fix. The technician was phenomenal (give this guy a raise!) and had it fixed in 45 mins. A quick checkout process where an instant email was sent with my invoice, my warranty paperwork and they even included a safety checklist.
