Outstanding techician. Broken drum/spring cable meant that garage door seized close. This is a 30 year old door with significant rust at door track base. Sam offered two quotes on repair. He shared experiences with wear and conservatively compared present door condition against others. Made me (customer) feel confident with the decision to repair and extend service life of the original door. Technician was always polite, curteous, and quick/professional with the work. I am so very pleased with the very prompt service I received! My garage door opener did not work and after several tries, I called Precision and within 45 minutes he arrived. However, just before he arrived i tried it again and it worked! My neighbor was here and had tried to find the problem and cleaned cobwebs off the door. The technician came and checked things out and all was ok! I apologized for calling him out here and he was very kind and assured me that I should call anytime if I have an issue with my door. What a relief to know my garage door is ok and to have someone come out to check it for me so quickly.
