Sam was awesome! Did not try to upsell me, just get me what I needed. He made sure that everything was working and that I didn't have any questions. He even lubricated the garage door, programmed my vehicles, and also the key pad for me! Excellent Service! Wish I had called them when I needed a new garage door! 100% great service! I reached out at 9 pm after our door opener broke. The scheduler set up an appointment within 15 minutes for the next afternoon. The new opener was installed and working great, with clear communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Excellent response. The buttons in my wife's car stopped working. I could not determine how to get them reconnected to the door opener. They set me up for an appointment the next day but called to inform me that it would be another day due to a job that ran longer than anticipated. We finally agreed on them coming out late int he afternoon but I received a call that they had a tech who would be there during the initially agreed time span. Tech arrived and very shortly had the button in my wife's car working. Very pleased as always. I have used their services in the past and have never been disappointed.

I called Precision Service at 5.30 pm ,the answering service setup an appt. for 8 am the next morning. I got an call from th tech Sam Mathis at 7; 15 said he was on his way. he came before 8 am and inspected the door ,he explained what was needed to repair the door,wrote me an estimate in minutes. I reviewed the estimate and asked him to go ahead with the work. I was very pleased with the work! Sam overhauled the door in an hour and a half,Now the door is better than it was new with the upgraded parts he used to repair it. he installed new springs-new cables-new mounted center bracke-and new rollers.Sam was very sharp,fast and freindly. Technician was friendly and took the time to explain what the issues were and how they could be remedied. He made sure I knew the operation of it and what to expect. Door opener runs much quieter than the previous one and is much easier to change the codes. A big plus was that I didn't have to wait to have the service performed. Installation was the same day as the consultation and the consultant was here within a couple of hours of calling them. Although it remains to be seen, I have confidence that I won't have any problems with the opener.

Our garage door decided to malfunction and completely break on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30. I called and within an hour Sam was there and had by door fixed before 3:30. So friendly and knowledgeable. Very thankful for Precision. Excellent customer service.

We chose Precision because their website specifically advertised that they repair garage door openers. I appreciated the ability to schedule an appointment online, and the technician arrived right at the appointed time. Once our opener was evaluated, the technician (Sam) explained the problem was with the internal electronics and why it would cost more to fix than replace. With no pressure, he explained the options. Once we decided that the best option was to replace the unit, he had everything installed in about an hour. He programmed the car remotes and the keypad for us and went through the warranty information. Sam was very patient with our questions and very professional and polite.

I am very please with Precision. The morning of my appointment I was texted the name, short bio and picture of the technician assigned to my house. Sam (technician) texted me to ask if he could come early as he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived exactly when he said he would; explained what he found and several options to fix the problem. He was polite and well-versed on garage doors and openers. Sam fixed the problem in no time flat and my garge door was working beautifully. Sam was great. I would recommend Precision (and Sam) to anyone!

Sam was very curtious and was not pushy which means alot to me. After he inspected everything he told me what parts needed to definitely be replaced and told me other parts that could be fixed but wouldn't have to be. He was able to fix and replace everything right on the spot. When he was done he took all of the old pieces and everything was cleaned up when he left.

Garage door would not open. Called this morning at 10:30 and although I said it was not an emergency, they arrived at noon. Did major repairs with full explaination and were done by 1:30. I have a 10 year warranty on repairs and am very satisfied!

Great service today, very fast at taking care of our garage door problems. Sam was the technician, he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, replaced a broken spring. He went over all of the parts of the door and told me their condition and if it was something that needed to be replace now or was something down the road. I decided to have him replaced everything that he saw had some wear on it. They were fast and he showed me everything that he did and why he felt it was something to think about doing now or in the future. Thank you Precision and thank you Sam for a job well done. They installed our current system. I had a small problem late in the day, so called their 24/7 number. They showed up the next morning in a timely matter and took care of the problem. The technician showed me a couple of things to prevent the problem from happening again. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

We are repeat customers as we moved away from the first garage door that Precision serviced for us. It was very convenient to look up the web site on Sunday night when our spring broke, and schedule a service call for the next morning. The technician was here promptly and gave a thorough assessment of the good and bad with our door. It was nice to have options for "level" of service we could choose from.
