Garage door broke a few weeks ago. I'm an existing customer. I Called someone last night and they had someone out here tonight. I called to have an estimate done when the two service techs arrived they said they can fix the repair tonight. I was very happy. The job took less then an hour and was fixed. Couldn't be happier. Totally recommend Precision.

Precision Door stuck in my mind from previously seeing a commercial on TV. I was kind of in a panic as my car was in the garage and the door was down. I called in and a very pleasant, friendly gal answered the phone. In a very quick conversation she assured me that she could get a repairman out yet that afternoon, probably in 4 to 6 hours. She told me he would call about 30 minutes before coming. Well, it wasn't 4 hours, it was 2 hours and relief was on it's way in the person of Bryce, a very professional and knowledgeable service tech.

As expected, the inspection revealed much more that they wanted to do, but gave me the option to have the work done that I needed done. Kyle did an excellent job! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He walked through everything he was seeing before making repairs and gave me options for repairing my door. He walked through all of the repairs he completed prior to collecting payment. He also alerted me of another worn part that I was unaware of. I chose not to make that repair today but they’ll be the first ones I’ll call when I need my next repair or replacement door.

We contacted Precision after seeing your van at a neighbors home. We needed to replace a broken spring. Fortunately, Blake discovered numerous worn and ready to break parts needing to be replaced to restore our garage door to good working order. Blake was pleasant, efficient, and on his way in a hour. The bill was higher than we expected, or hoped for, but the door works well now and probably will outlast us in this home! Thanks Precision, we’ll recommend you.
