First, I want to say that setting up the appointment with customer service and with such a quick response was great. The issue was the tech, Kyle. We got quoted a certain price to replace the garage tension springs. Then when he looked at everything, he tried talking us into hundreds of dollars more to fix this and that. My husband usually repairs everything in our home and vehicles as he is very mechanically inclined. However, the places we looked would have one part or the other, with a month wait to order the other part we needed, which is why we scheduled this appointment. When we told Kyle we we not interested, his words were "I'm not trying to upset you and there's no reason to be upset with me". All we said was that we only wanted done what we got quoted for; nothing extra. My husband looked up the other parts and we will get them for a fraction of the price that Kyle quoted, if we even to repair all the other things he said. Also, after declining all the extras, Kyle was huffing and puffing the entire time he worked on the garage door. Sorry, but when we're quoted for $360 and he tried telling us we need to spend $1200, we had good reason to decline. So to the tech that we let into our home, don't try telling us what we need to do with our property, and then get pissed off and pout the whole time you're doing your job. Not cool.

Mr Taylor, I chose your company because of your T V ads & you have a local Panora phone #. I called October 30 th, Zach Anderson came here that day ,looked the situation over and ordered the parts I needed and told me it would be about 2 weeks when someone would be back to fix my door. Finally on Dec. 4th Marqui Beverly came with the parts, the top 2 panels for my 16 ft door & low headroom tracks for the door also. He struggled for + - 3 hours till he said he had it the best he could get it to work and packed up and left... It does not seal at the top or bottom of the door now as it did before. From the inside the left bottom touches the floor but the right bottom does not touch the floor as it did for the last 10 years and the top does not seal against the header. I think Mr Beverly needs some on the job training for his finish work so he doesn't have to rely on his ear buds & phone to complete a job.. Sorry, but he tried hard to get it finished, but just couldn't get it right...He told me I had the wrong opener for the door size, but it has worked for 10 years that way ...

Garage door issue was not diagnosed with any certainty. Technician wanted to install several parts hoping this would solve the issue. We decided we did not have a definitive solution to our problem so we are getting a second opinion.

A neighbor recommended them and I received a coupon packet in the mail and one of them was for Precision. Technician was very informative and willing to work with me. I appreciated his input. The last time I gave a rating for someone I got a response of "why didn't you rate them 5 stars if they did what you wanted". Well, I never give anyone 5 stars until I've worked with them for a while and nothing goes wrong. As far as I am concerned they were doing their job. Makes no difference what I think, unless they did something wrong.

Scheduling,quick and easy. Arrival within estimated parameters. Technician, professional and nice. Yet, tried up selling too much. Added some items onto the bill that he didn't tell me about, and I did not approve to pay for them. He graciously removed the items from my bill, because he said he didn't ask for an approval. I appreciate that. At the same time after researching what needed to be done, I was expecting it to cost at around $125 to $200 based on other businesses. The sticker shop was upward of $440 for a 1 hour job.

Very knowledgeable repair guy Kyle and did a good job I believe. Took off a couple stars because I thought the cost was a bit high for 35 minutes of work and a minimal plastic internal part. Almost just paid the minimal trip charge and hand open when we use the door which is very minimal but went ahead and did it. Liked the quick service call arrival same day.

I have not received a copy of my approved work order/invoice which the technician said he was sending to my home email, [email protected] I was pleased with the prompt booking of my door repair service appointment.

The guys did a great job with pur garage door repair replacing the sprin gs ect..they were courteous and honest and worked in a lot of heat today! The service was fast and they came the next day after I called.

I was hoping to get a couple of estimates. I was never told by the operator that there would be a trip charge if the person just gave me an estimate. The estimate he showed me was on a yellow legal pad. I just feel this was unprofessional and seemed a little like a hit and run job. Otherwise, he completed the repairs and fixed our door issue.

The technician tried to sell me on a $900 repair bill when I only needed the lift cables to be replaced.
