The repairman arrived within a couple of hours after my call. He was very pleasant, and quickly replaced the broken spring. He also discussed additional recommended repairs/replacement parts to help prolong the proper functioning of the garage door. I would definitely recommend Precision, and will definitely use this company in the future.

Worth was extremely professional and thorough in his assessment, talking me through each issue and option with no pressure tactics. He was able to replace nearly everything that needed updating (25-year-old elements giving out from years of use) in about 2 hours, working diligently in extremely cold weather to ensure everything was complete and operational.
