On Saturday, I gave up trying to get my “automatic” garage door open. After hearing the ads on tv, I called Precision. I was amazed when a technician showed up on time as scheduled, was very pleasant and fixed my garage door within an hour. What a relief. Charges were reasonable. I called Precision at 8AM on a Thursday morning as the remote in my car and the handheld remote were no longer working. They were at my home in less than an hour and a half and explained the problems and had them all fixed in great time. He pointed out other things that probably should be fixed, no pressure whatsoever to have them done. But I went ahead and had him fix them as the door and equipment were all over 23 years old. Worth did an excellent job getting my garage door working again. He dropped a screw and replaced it with one from his stock, but took time to find the screw to ensure I wouldn't run over it! I called Precision Garage Door because of their add on TV. They came out within a half hour. He found the problem immediately and did an inspection of the entire system to be sure there were no other problems. There were several things that came up, so I asked him to install a new opener, and fix all the problems he found. He did a great job and I would recommend Precision to anyone.
