Brandon was our service rep and he did an excellent job. Arrived on time and walked us through the new features of our door and remote. Even came back a few hours later when we had trouble with the “app” on our phones. Appreciate his professionalism .

Precision Garage Door did an absolutely fantastic job repairing the trim around my garage door. And they only charged me for one piece even though they installed three pieces of trim. I really appreciated that. Zach Anderson was so helpful when he came out to give me an estimate, and Hunter Schueler also did a fantastic job when he came to do the install. Both Zach and Hunter were easy to work with, professional, and super friendly. Strong recommend for anyone looking for garage door services!

on Sunday I called to set up a apointment for Monday. I was told there was a tech in our neighborhood and if I wanted he could stop by today and no additional cost.I was given a time frame of 2-4 and the tech arrived at 1.The tech looked at my door and explained the 25 yr old motor was on its last leg. He gave me a estimate that was acceptable and a good value.Within two hours the job was done and all was explained. I would like to thank the operator and the tech Grant Sagan for there courtesy and good work. I would highly recommend this company. Jim Gorham.

My garage door arm from the door to the track broke off. It was 24 years old. Unfortunately parts no longer available. Grant Sagan had a new opener installed and all remotes programed and ready to go less than than an hour later. On a Sunday morning no less in freezing temps. He was easy to work with and knew his products well. I highly recommend him and Precision.

Super happy with Jordan's work to fix our garage door! Cables broke and left the door stuck & crooked at the end of the day. We needed help before 7:30am the next day. He arrived within an hour and had things fixed very quick. He was careful getting the work done between our vehicles and the door.

Had a tech come out within hours of making the call. Sam, the technician, was awesome. Saw what was happening with the garage door, talked about what he could do and what may need to happen. Got the door working almost immediately! Suggested a couple of things that may be needed down the road and asked if anything else was needed! Couldn’t ask for better service! Will call Precision EVERY time!

I recently moved to Bondurant in June 2025. One of my garage door springs broke on this past Sunday. On Monday I googled garage door repairs near me and 2 companies popped up, one being Precision. I reviewed the website, made a call/text and scheduled an appointment today (2/17/2026). The Technician Caiden was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the repair process and provided me a couple different quotes for me to choose from. No Pressure just being upfront!! Caiden and Precision did a Great Job!! I will let neighbors and friends know who to use, if they need garage door repairs.. Thank you!! You will have a returning future customer.
