Garage door broke a few weeks ago. I'm an existing customer. I Called someone last night and they had someone out here tonight. I called to have an estimate done when the two service techs arrived they said they can fix the repair tonight. I was very happy. The job took less then an hour and was fixed. Couldn't be happier. Precision Door stuck in my mind from previously seeing a commercial on TV. I was kind of in a panic as my car was in the garage and the door was down. I called in and a very pleasant, friendly gal answered the phone. In a very quick conversation she assured me that she could get a repairman out yet that afternoon, probably in 4 to 6 hours. She told me he would call about 30 minutes before coming. Well, it wasn't 4 hours, it was 2 hours and relief was on it's way in the person of Bryce, a very professional and knowledgeable service tech.

He walked through all of the repairs he completed prior to collecting payment. He also alerted me of another worn part that I was unaware of.
