I chose Precision for my garage door because I saw an ad on TV. We called Tuesday afternoon and Eric was here Wednesday morning. He called 30 minutes before he came. He was friendly, efficient, and explained the problem. We needed another bolt on the metal part that holds the garage door to the opener. He sprayed everything, checked the spring, and gave us a thorough checkup. I would highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

This Company is fantastic!! Our garage door broke on Sunday, I called another company first that said 24 hour emergency service and they wouldn't come out till Tuesday, because of the holiday. So I called Precision and wow what wonderful customer service. They were here at 11am ON the holiday. So professional and polite. Blake had it all fixed within an hour. He was great. I recommend Precision to everyone, they are awesome!!!!

Definately over priced service and over charged. I was charged $60 for $20 bearings. I had 3 installed, do the math. I understand some mark up as appropriate, but 300%?? Only greed and theft, can justify that.

Eric showed up when he said he would. Assessed the problem and made an estimate and proceeded to do the install. Installed new springs / new motor / new hardware / new electric eyes / made sure the new remotes were in working order. He arrived at 09:10 & was done by11:15.
