Booked online and Sam called within a few minutes. He was able to come right away and had my garage door reset and working quickly. He was very knowledgeable and went above expectations by offering to lube the hinges and showed me how to use various features on my existing garage door. He was very helpful and kind through the entire experience. Would recommend Sam Mathis and precision doors to anyone. I’m definitely going to keep track of his business card for future needs.
