Garage broke Thursday night, needed it fixed right away since we were hosting a 1yr olds first birthday party. Service came out the following day Friday morning and got it all fixed up. Couldn't have asked for better customer service, service rep gave me 3 options for repairs rather than just the most expensive one wasn't pushy at all. Thanks

Called and within a couple hours they had a technician out. He had been doing some work not too far away so came right out. Nick diagnosed everything. He pointed out where the installers of the doors had not done things quite right and fixed all of that plus was able to fix our major problem of the door not opening and closing correctly. It was well worth the money we paid for it.

The guys did a great job. Prompt service. I thought I have one broken spring, but then noticed after they got here, both were broken. They did a pre work inspection (on the 23 year old door and 8 year old opener) and found the bearings were bad on the rollers and the bottom brackets were severely corroded. We ended up wanting everything replaced and they did the work in less than an hour for a reasonable price.

I chose you because I had a value pal coupon plus I see your commercials every day. My technician-Ryan was awesome. 1. He was friendly 2. He listened to me. 3. He offered solutions. 4. He answered questions. 5. He worked in a hot garage with a heat index of 100 degrees plus. 6. HE SOLVED MY PROBLEM! My garage door was so noisy and I felt like there was going to be a major problem soon, so the work he did was more preventative than reactive, but my door is so quiet now and I’m a fan of Ryan and Precision. You were referred by Dean Small. I am very pleased with my first experience. Not only did I get quick service but the Ryan was very polite and accurate. My issue was resolved. Everyone was very courteous and I am very pleased. I am planning on sharing your company information with my neighbors . Thank you very much.

Precision is the best! My garage door would only open about 6 inches. At 7:30 a.m. I called Precision, and by 8:20 Ryan was here and started working on my garage door. I needed new springs and rollers. I appreciated he gave me a written estimate and let me choose what work I wanted done, before he started. He was so pleasant and did an excellent job! He worked non stop and left at 9:30.

Firstly, I had an appointment for Wednesday, August 13, 2026, but I received a call from your company asking if I was interested in moving my appointment to Monday, August 10th. Very nice business practice. Nathan arrived on time, fixed my issue with the garage opener, and spent extra time adjusting the garage door opener. Well done.

Justin Coulter showed up within 30 minutes of scheduling the appointment online. He was friendly, courteous, and did a great job explaining the work process along the way: the inspection, the estimates, the work. The work was done quickly and well - our garage door looks better, and operates much quieter/smoother than before.

The repair services provided by Justin met and exceeded our expectations. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He took time to explain the problems that we were having with our garage door and our remote control, and he carefully explained the steps needed to correct them. The garage door apparatus was over 20 years old and presented an electrical problem regarding extra and unnecessary wires. He solved the problem and was able to install updated equipment that resulted in a smoother, less noisy door opening. Our garage door remote openers and the door are now working perfectly. This was an excellent experience. This service was provided on the same day as our initial call, on a Saturday, with no extra charge for a weekend service. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone with garage door repair issues.

Our experience was great. Someone was able to come out pretty quickly on a Monday morning. Worth did a great job of looking over everything and explaining what needed to be repaired and offering options. Everything was done within a couple of hours, and the guys were super professional and friendly. We ended up replacing our motor which came with new remotes and a keypad which we are happy with.

We're very happy with the service we received from Worth and Drake. They came at a very hot and humid day and had to work in difficult conditions. They were courteous and gave good information on what need to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work on their garage door!

Caiden Farrand replaced our garage door opener and performed a complete inspection of our door and mechanism. He made adjustments to our door and replaced the rollers and steel cable on the door. The new opener is much quieter than our original opener and the garage door operates much smoother. We are very pleased with the quick service and the results of the repair.
