We had chosen Precision when our garage door would not open. They were out within a few hours and had us taken care of. They were so nice to work with. Yesterday, I called with an opener not working. Within a couple of hours they were out and not only replaced the opener, at no charge, but checked the opener system to make sure it was ok. I have been very pleased with the service we have received. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've had a few great experiences with Precision Garage Door. The most recent one was that our exterior keypad wasn't working. After many attempts to reprogram myself, Precision came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at no charge. In fact, the owner came out himself! They were very professional and courteous. I called in the late afternoon, and they booked me for 1st thing the next morning.(a Saturday) Adam called saying he was on his way, and sent a Bio so I knew what he looked like, and alittle about him professionally & personally. He arrived, assessed the situation, provided 3 options and discussed things in detail when I had questions. He got to work immediately, and had everything done and cleaned up in 2 hours.
