I was able to schedule on-line, after hours, and have a technician show up in the morning. The process was quick and painless. My technician Adam called ahead to see if it was possible to come a little early, which made my day. He was pleasant, polite, and very knowledgeable. Precision Garage Door Service efficiently helped me solve my problem. I highly recommend! Thank you!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Adam Looman. He arrived promptly, diagnosed our garage door issues quickly, and took the time to explain everything in plain language so we completely understood our options. It’s clear he is highly knowledgeable and incredibly thorough, but what stood out most was his honesty—he only recommended what we actually needed without any high-pressure upselling. On top of being an expert technician, Adam is professional, kind, and incredibly personable. He is a fantastic representative for the company, and I wouldn't hesitate to request him again for any future service!

Adam Looman was great! Called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would, he also arrived at 2pm out of our 2-4 window given. The repair was much more involved than we were expecting so he went step by step to explain what he quoted and why. I feel he did a great job and we understood and appreciate it.

I needed a new Backup Battery, so I called Precision to schedule a Service Call with the replacement battery. They stated that they could get to me yet today between Noon and 2:00 pm. PERFECT!!! They followed up with a Text confirmation and then sent me the name and information about the Service Technician. Adam was fantastic! He called when he was about 25 minutes away. He replaced the battery, greased the track, inspected the springs and reinforced the lift connection to the garage door. Checked out the operation multiple times and was very thorough and efficient. A great guy and we had a little time to talk about boating and fishing, one of his hobbies. I have always been thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service and I highly recommend their service and staff.

My door jumped the track on a Friday night. I called Precision for the first time. They set an appointment for me for Saturday morning. Adam called me at 8:10am and was at my house by 8:30. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly, and didn't sell me parts I didn't need. Adam was professional and kind. I'll definitely be calling back to Precision when needed and requesting Adam. A+++ service!

The tech was very friendly. Unfortunately your prices are twice what I’m paying for a better opener installed.

Adam did outstanding work! I called after normal work hours and to my surprise, my call was answered and appointment set for the next morning. Adam showed up on time and quickly identified my issue and he provided a consultation with options. I really appreciated how patient he was with my questions and the guidance he gave. He did the repair thoroughly and efficiently and made a point of ensuring I understood the work he’d completed and how to perform maintenance moving forward. Outstanding experience from the company as a whole and Adam was a pleasure to work with. I manage a team at my job and would love to have people like Adam representing my company.

Adam was our technician. His communication was excellent. He took the time necessary to evaluate the situation and explained everything clearly. He offered options for repairs. I led a large sales team for many years prior to retirement and Adam is the kind of person that I would want on my team. We are very happy with Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision Garage Door Service came to my house to do routine maintenance on my garage doors. They were on-time, thorough and totally professional. The Service Tech that worked on garage doors was terrific. Adam Looman was very thorough, explained everything in great detail and was very honest about his recommendations. I would highly recommend Adam and Precision to anyone looking for garage door service or repair. They were great to work with and very reasonably priced. We were concerned about noisy closing and opening of our garage door one year after spring and hardware replacement by Precision. Our service call was scheduled within 48 hours based on our availability. Adam Looman, Service Tech, arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to our concerns and spent time assessing the situation. He reassured us that things were working properly, lubricated the tracks as needed, and left us with a can of lubricant and instructions as to how and when to lubricate. He was knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job addressing our concerns, all at no charge to us! Overall, a terrific service experience.

Our spring snapped, trapping my son's car inside. (Manual lever didn't work). I called in the late afternoon, and they booked me for 1st thing the next morning.(a Saturday) Adam called saying he was on his way, and sent a Bio so I knew what he looked like, and alittle about him professionally & personally. He arrived, assessed the situation, provided 3 options and discussed things in detail when I had questions. He got to work immediately, and had everything done and cleaned up in 2 hours. He was VERY professional and personable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend this company based solely on this one transaction and the office customer service.

We've had Precision out to our house twice now for garage door issues. They show up the same day, tell you exactly what they are going to fix, how much it will be, and work in a very professional and expedient manner. I have no reason to look anywhere else. 11/10!
