Ryan Smith was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, and explained my options for repairs very clearly. His repairs were done quickly and thoroughly, and he explained the features of the newly installed features. The door works better than it has in decades! Highly recommended.

I had issue that my key pad on garage stoped working. These guys installed new key pad and garage door opener year or two ago. I called and apt is set for next day. Tech show up and replace my key pad. He was very nice and friendly. I will recommend you guys and I will always use your service when we need

My spring on my garage door broke last night. I quickly went online and chose Precision...wow, the process was so easy and quick, starting with setting the online appointment I was able to set. Ryan came out first thing this morning. Ryan inspected the entire situation plus my other door. He gave me a couple of options and did a fantastic job of explaining each options that would benefit me. I chose a great option and he quickly fixed the issue.
