We are repeat customers as we moved away from the first garage door that Precision serviced for us. It was very convenient to look up the web site on Sunday night when our spring broke, and schedule a service call for the next morning. I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so! He then went over all instructions and demonstrated the door opener working. It is so smooth and quiet! My wife and I are extremely thankful to Precision Doors and specifically, Sam our technician!

The Technician arrived AHEAD of schedule, & carefully checked out the bearings, rollers, cables & drums (the spring was broken). I was given a quote, and the technician raised the door manually so I could leave for an appointment & he immediately started work. The technician left when finished & the area worked in was immaculate. He was quite courteous & explained everything quite well.

Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. These two gentlemen showed professional courtesy in representing Precision Door Service and I highly recommend them, I believe they will do a great service for any door repair you may need done, Thank you!!!
