We had an 10+ yr opener where the sensor eyes were picking up false indications, preventing the door from going down. I logged onto the Precision website 11pm Sunday evening and was able to make a service appt for Monday morning. Technician Sam called ~ 20 minutes ahead of his arrival on Monday morning to give us a heads up he was on his way. On site, he was very cordial, explained the situation, and some solutions--- all while not trying to upsell any product. New opener and rollers installed in ~ 1 1/2 hrs and everything is back to working as intended. Highly recommend!

I had an urgent situation happen the other day with my garage door. The cable drum on one side broke and set the whole door ajar. I called Precision and they had a tech out in less than an hour! Sam M did a fantastic job! Since all of the mechanics of the door were so old, Sam had all of the materials on his truck and was able to get everything replaced with all new equipment in just 1 1/2 hrs. A true life saver as we were on the heels of another major winter storm and super frigid weather. Can’t thank you enough Precision and most importantly, Sam! ????

This company has great reviews and they had also worked on my son’s garage, and did a great job, so I chose them. I could also schedule online which was convenient. The technician, Sam, was courteous and efficient in his performance. He also came during one of Iowa‘s worst snowstorms. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service. The blizzard had begun and our door suddenly went weird. A cable had broke and the door was not good especially heading into a blizzard. We called at 4:15 on Monday. The technician called within 15 minutes and was here by 4:50. He fixed the door and was gone by 5:35 p.m. That is amazing service! You deserve a 5 star rating for excellent service.

Professional and quick response time. Kept us updated on appointment time and actually moved us up several hours. Technician was knowledgable, pleasant and curtious. This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection. I would highly recommend Precision anytime.

Precision Door was great! They responded to my online request, setting up an appointment for the next morning. I appriciated the phone call to let me know when Sam would be arriving, as well as the picture and brief bio to let me know who would be coming. Sam was very professional and kind, giving excellent explanations about what was wrong and the needed repairs. He also gave explanations about how the garage doors should function.
