I'd heard Precision's commercials many times but had not had the opportunity to use their services until today when I went to walk the dog early this morning and found my "past its prime" garage door opener had decided it was done. I called Precision soon after and they sent out a representative later that same day and had a new opener installed before I was done with lunch. Mr. Henry (the installer) did a great job - asked good questions and tested the old opener and door to get a good feel for the problem. He provided me with several options at various prices to choose from which was appreciated. The new opener works great and is much quieter than the old one. Thanks, Precision!
