Torsion spring broke on a Sunday. Two hours from the first call to fully operational. Polite and sharp tech (Worth) laid out options and got right to work. Even managed to not wake our baby in the nursery right above the garage somehow. Very reasonable price.

I called with an issue of my garage door motor not operating, a technician was able to come out in 10 to 30 minutes and called me when he was close to my home, which I really appreciated. The technician who came was named Worth Henry and he was worth his weight in gold as he was very knowledgeable and figured out my issue within two minutes of looking at the situation. He was kind enough to explain to me what went wrong and showed me what to do if it happened again. I was charged for the basic service charge and the tech also pointed out that there was only one spring on my garage door and because it is a double door there should be two springs and suggested I get a spring installed on the other side so that I don't end up wearing out the only spring on the door as it is getting over worked. He gave me an estimate for that and said call us if you want to get this fixed as well. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service as they are prompt, honest, helpful and are reasonably priced.
