Dishonest. Pushy. Recommended things we didn’t need. Wanted over $2500 to fix everything. Told me it wasn’t possible to reset the code on the opener attached to the garage. Outright lie. Another garage door company fixed our problem for $200.

When our garage door quit on a Sunday afternoon, Worth responded in less than two hours, gave a thorough explanation of his findings after inspection, and presented our options clearly. Once we made a selection, he completed the work efficiently and explained the new opener. This is our second time using Precision and we’ve been pleased both times.

Great service hours and ability to book on line. The tech (Worth) quickly observed my situation (garage door would not open). He ask some background questions about the existing equipment, including the age of the equipment, and we determined the best solution and he got to work. He was efficient and explained his work, including an additional support bar onto the garage door. Totally satisfied !!

I was referred to Precision by a friend. First, I received an immediate response to my email. An installer was available to come same day. Before the installer arrived I got a text with his bio. And Worth showed up. He was so professional and kind. I explained that my husband passed away and that I have no idea what I was doing. He said I’m here to help you. It was an amazing experience and I would 10/10 recommend Precision Doors. Thank you Worth!!!
