We are very happy with the outcome of replacing our garage door. Color matched perfectly. It sets the house off and makes it look "crisper". The young man that did the install got there, started right off, and worked constantly. No messing around of any kind. He picked up after himself and wished us a good day after reminding us that if anything isn't right to call them. I would recommend Precision to anyone .

Worth was my Technician to fix the spring and roller. He was polite, thorough, and timely. He was able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call! Zach then came out a few hours later due to my request for an estimate on a new door. He was also polite, thorough and timely. Both young men were patient with all my questions, and were not patronizing. Something, as a woman, I greatly appreciate! I have not purchased the new door yet, but so far so good!

Sam Mathis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was respectful and courteous. He pointed out the bearings, rollers, and cables that have the wear and tear on them. The broken torsion spring was replaced in good time. The 5-year warranty on parts is a plus. We received a coupon in the mail for $20 off labor. Quick response played into our selection of Precision.

We used Precision because of their Valpak coupon for $59.95 to lube and tune garage door. I was very pleased with Kirk, who is very knowledgeable and professional. His trainee, Grant, was also friendly. Kirk discussed the need for new springs and rollers, because the door, and springs, are 22 years old. I appreciated Kirk’s low key attitude with no pressure on us. We decided to hold off on replacements at this time. However, we will certainly consider Precision if the need arises. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you for your excellent service.

Jordan came and he was THE best! He worked very fast and he was able to fix what we thought was a really complex problem, with a couple simple fixes! He described everything he needed to do for us and made it really easy for us to understand what was going on. He came the day of and also got everything fix in under an hour and a half. Great work!

Precision was very helpful. First time we have had a problem. Had seen the advertising on Precision that said they have anything they will need to fix your problem on their truck. Called and asked for service on a Sunday. They said they could have someone here in about 2 to 3 hours. Jordan was here when we were told he would be. He figured out what our problem was and gave us 3 different solutions to our problem. We chose the one we wanted and he had it fixed in less than an hour. Very impressed with their service.

I decided to call Precision due to your great TV ads. Then when I saw I had Kyle Muyskens as my technician (saw him on TV) that was exciting. Kyle was wonderful....very complete in his explanations...not pushy at all!!! He gave me an excellent explanation of the bid and I decided what plan I wanted. He and the guy training with him, immediately started the work. I felt bad that the work resulted in them having to stay past 6:00pm. They cleaned up well and helped me move a few things back in place. I would most certainly recommend Precision Garage and especially Kyle. You have a winner with that young man!! Better treat him well!!
