Sam was amazing. Came out late one afternoon and diagnosed the problem. We opted for a new opener and to have it installed first thing the following morning. Sam was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had the new opener installed in no time. Sam Mathis was our technician, and we can't praise Sam highly enough! Sam arrived on time, analized our garage door problem immediately and got right to work. In what seemed like a short period of time, Sam announced that he had finished and that everything was working properly. Having never had a garage door problem before, we were anticipating a rather large bill, but instead we were pleased to find that the bill was very reasonable. On Saturday, I gave up trying to get my “automatic” garage door open. After hearing the ads on tv, I called Precision. I was amazed when a technician showed up on time as scheduled, was very pleasant and fixed my garage door within an hour. What a relief. Charges were reasonable. I highly recommend Precision The door was an off brand and old. He had no problem analyzing and fixing the problems.

I called Precision at 8AM on a Thursday morning as the remote in my car and the handheld remote were no longer working. They were at my home in less than an hour and a half and explained the problems and had them all fixed in great time. He pointed out other things that probably should be fixed, no pressure whatsoever to have them done. But I went ahead and had him fix them as the door and equipment were all over 23 years old. He found the problem immediately and did an inspection of the entire system to be sure there were no other problems. Worth was extremely professional and thorough in his assessment, talking me through each issue and option with no pressure tactics. He was able to replace nearly everything that needed updating (25-year-old elements giving out from years of use) in about 2 hours, working diligently in extremely cold weather to ensure everything was complete and operational.
