Precision Garage Door of Des Moines installed a new garage door opener and accessories in the past. Recently my door was closing hard the last foot before hitting floor so I called for service. The technician was Sam Mathis and he was great--very courteous, professional and helpful. He explained everything and he could not have been better. Jordan was hands-down the best technician I’ve ever had working on my home. He arrived on time, was polite, and explained in detail the options I had going forward. Not to mention he was able to complete the work in under 30 minutes, on a Sunday, less than a day after my garage door opener initially failed. I’m impressed.

Excellent service!! Kyle was my technician. Exactly on time. Very polite and well/spoken. Very clean and tidy with work area. Excellent manners. Superb customer service!! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. Will highly recommend this company to family, friends, and clients. Job well done!! Thank you!!

My installer was Brandon. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales and he knew his product. I called first thing Monday morning and the garage door spring was fixed on my rental house garage by noon the same day, now that is SERVICE! Most other companies should follow this example. My garage door rubber seal was mis-aligned and the track it uses to keep it attached to the garage was coming off my garage door. This track wasn't allowing my garage door opener to shut the door. I called the office and I had a technician at my door within three hours! He was professional and fixed everything within minutes. I will use this company for my future garage door issues.
