Spring on our garage door broke. Called Precision at 5 pm on a Sunday, technician came out at 8:30 am Monday morning and had repair done by 10:30 am. Kyle Muyskens did a complete inspection, gave us options and fixed the problem all in one trip exceeding our expectations on how quickly they could come and fix the problem.

Our garage door opener was damaged by lightening and we had to replace our initial opener. Grant did a great job. Quick response time. He also replaced some parts on the door and made some adjustments to improve the door closure.

I chose Precision from seeing their TV ads. My garage door would not close and Caiden was to my home within a few hours of my calling to schedule. The door needed a number of adjustments/repairs to put it back in good condition and everything we needed was on the truck including new springs and rollers.
