I am so pleased with the service provided by Precision and their technician, Brandon, on my garage doors. After having a poor customer experience with another vendor that never showed, as expected, Precision was prompt and friendly! They came out within an hour of my initial call! Brandon explained the work needed, offered various options for consideration and completed the work efficiently! It is evident that Brandon understands customer service and Precision is fortunate to have him. Thank you!!!

Very quick response. A varmint had chewed the bottom seal on the garage door. I called Precision and they were out in less than an hour to replace it. Truly appreciate their speedy and efficient assistance. (pricing on the seal seemed a bit high.)

Precision was fantastic. My wife and I first worked with Bill to select our new garage doors, openers, and to receive a quote. Bill was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Because of Bill we decided to go with Precision, and not seek out a second quote from another company. On the day of install, Brody and Sutton showed up to put the doors in. These two were great. Both were personable and professional. They cranked up the tunes and went to work. Brody said it would take about 4 hours to install, it took 3 hours and 58 minutes. Give or take a few minutes. They did a great job and the doors look fantastic. Precision is lucky to have Bill, Brody, and Sutton working there. Great people. We are very happy we went with Precision. Bottom-line, if you're looking for a new garage door and don't care how it looks on your house or whether you get quality service, then go with some other company. If not, choose Precision. That way you will get a quality door and fantastic service. And maybe you'll get to meet Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Thanks Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Keep up the great work!

Garage door would not open. Called this morning at 10:30 and although I said it was not an emergency, they arrived at noon. Did major repairs with full explaination and were done by 1:30. I have a 10 year warranty on repairs and am very satisfied!

My garage door spring broke late Friday morning. My usual service company wasn't able to fix it until the following Monday. I decided to call Precision Garage Door after having seen their ads on TV. They were able work me in that afternoon which was great because the door was down and not going anywhere with a broken spring. Their technician Jordan A. did a great job! He started off with a full evaluation of the door, gave me a list of additional options to consider beyond just fixing the springs. I decided what I wanted done and he did it with no pressure whatsoever. I felt like I came away with a new door, it was great!

Called on a Sunday morning. Appointment was from 12 to 2pm. Ryan came early, gave me two estimates and explained in details my choices. Ryan knew his stuff, fixed and repaired my garage door within an hour. New springs, rollers and bearings. Awesome Thank you, Ryan.

I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational. I would highly recommend Precision for repairs. Thank you.

My garage door wouldn’t open with the remote. Opened the side door, and the opener was tapping morse code, “I’m old and broke.” To my surprise Jordan came that afternoon. He gave me a couple choices to look at. He changed not only my opener but my old rollers. Thanks for the quick response. Sorry for the hot garage.

The tech was very friendly and helpful. The car in the garage wouldn't start, so the tech will have to come back another time and install the garage door opener. I felt absolutely terrible that he drove here for nothing!! He said he would come back when the car would start.

Had to have new garage doors installed due to the double door one bowing when I'd open and close it. Bill Cagno did an excellent job in his suggestions from grade, style, added options and color. Took 3 weeks to come in. Hunter Schueler and his crew mate (sorry didn't catch his name) did a fabulous job of installation, how to maintain them and even cut out a small section from our old doors so I could color match to our house paint, which I don't think we will do now since the doors match so well with our house trim and look good as is! Would highly recommend.

Great service today, very fast at taking care of our garage door problems. Sam was the technician, he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, replaced a broken spring. He went over all of the parts of the door and told me their condition and if it was something that needed to be replace now or was something down the road. I decided to have him replaced everything that he saw had some wear on it. They were fast and he showed me everything that he did and why he felt it was something to think about doing now or in the future. Thank you Precision and thank you Sam for a job well done. I would highly recommend Precision Door. Talking with customer service over the phone and setting up an appointment was stress-free and they were very attentive to my needs. The technician(Sam Mathis) they sent out was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my options. The work that he performed was beyond professional. Brandon arrived 15 minutes late, outside of the 2 hour window so we were off to a slow start. We chose Precision again, for a garge door lube and tune up, after an emergency bracket repair done last year that was done quickly and adequately. After the garage door safety check, Brandon was able to explain and demonstrate several issues that needed attention. He offered several repair options at different price points. I appreciated the options and ultimately made a choice that made sense for my budget and safety. I can trust Precision and would give them my business in the future.
