Caiden, quickly diagnosed the issues with our door opener power unit, and provided us with multiple options and quotes. Based on the options presented, we selected the one that made the best sense to us and authorized Caiden to proceed. Within a short period of time Caiden completed the installation and patiently walked us through all the operational procedures with the new system. I'd heard Precision's commercials many times but had not had the opportunity to use their services until today when I went to walk the dog early this morning and found my "past its prime" garage door opener had decided it was done. I called Precision soon after and they sent out a representative later that same day and had a new opener installed before I was done with lunch. Mr. Henry (the installer) did a great job - asked good questions and tested the old opener and door to get a good feel for the problem. He provided me with several options at various prices to choose from which was appreciated. The new opener works great and is much quieter than the old one. Thanks, Precision!

Worth did a proper job on my garage door. He inspected all of the moving parts and informed me of his findings. He allowed me to pick the parts I wanted replaced. I knew already a spring was broken. He replaced both springs, two lift cables and bearings. He did quality work and did it without wasting time. Grest service!

Thankfully, your business was open to answer a call, and a technician was scheduled to arrive the following morning. Kyle was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined our equipment and thoughtfully provided options for repair/replacement. He then efficiently completed the tasks we authorized. He explained the work he performed, and demonstrated how the new equipment should be used and maintained. Outstanding service. I discovered my garage door had a broken spring at 7:15. By 10:30 it was fixed. The tech, Sam, was first rate. He evaluated the door and opener system, pointed out that a number of parts were past their service life and deteriorating, and presented me with options. I ended up going with a complete rebuild. Not cheap, but Precision stands by their work- I got a 10 year warranty. I'm sure my garage door and opener will need repair in the future and when it does I'll be requesting Sam.

Last night my garage door broke beyond what I was able to fix on my own. I called Precision this morning and they were going to have someone out to me within a couple hours. Brandon Cosner called me shortly after and was able to be at my house within 15 minutes or so. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a couple options. He was able to temporarily fix my door and track so it would actually close. I've set up a time next week to have the door and track replaced (and installed properly). I'm very happy they were able to get to me so quickly, and I'd definitely recommend Brandon!

My garage door opener suddenly stopped working yesterday evening. Looked online and booked an appointment for today between 4 and 6 p.m. By 2 p.m Jordan is calling to say he is finishing up at his current job and if I'm available can be here by 2:30! Perfect!! Like many of us the need for garage door repair wasn't on my radar today, but with a BAM came the need for new springs. I didn't have the time or desire to fix it myself, and Precision Garage Door could have a tech here in an hour. My tech, Grant, was courteous and professional offering several repair options after assessing the age and condition of all my tension and lift components. The work was done in 45 minutes and everything was back in working order all around. I don't take the time to do too many reviews, so this review is well deserved.
