We pulled into our driveway from being gone 3 months and we’re not able to open our garage door. When we then noticed our door springs had broken. It was very cold and on the weekend. Looked up Precision and they were able to come out the next day Sunday and fixed it within a hour and a half of my call. Wow, he was so great and we were able to get our car inside

I made a repair request at 9:30 Friday night. We were scheduled for 8:30-10:30 Saturday morning. Our technician called at 7:40 and arrived at 8:15. We had an estimate by 8:30 and the job was completed by 9:30. No extra charge for the weekend. So impressed with the polite, efficient, quality work.

Our garage broke yesterday at noon, we called Precision at 1045 pm (they're freaking open til 11 people!!), and our garage door was fixed and functional by 1030am. Cade was amazing! He inspected our property and treated it like it was his own. Upfront pricing and no pressure when selecting an option to proceed with. He gave us time to weigh our options which was great. And they guarantee their work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION..!! Also, military discount for this Marine Corps veteran! I didn't even mention my military service. Ryan showed up right at 4:30 like he said he would, not a 3-4 hour window like some companies do. He addressed the situation and gave me some options and within 2 plus hours had a new set up in, new rollers, opener, etc. Very quick and good work.
