Kyle M. was great! He looked over my door for any issues and wear. He recommended roller replacements along with the spring (the obvious issue). Works smooth now! Can't believe how quiet the door is. Same day service on a Friday. Even though he arrived just after 5:30, he took the time to walk me through what was needed. Quality job! Highly recommend.

Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. These two gentlemen showed professional courtesy in representing Precision Door Service and I highly recommend them, I believe they will do a great service for any door repair you may need done, Thank you!!!

First of all - everyone was very polite throughout the process of scheduling and when the job was being completed. Communication was great on when someone would be out and we appreciated the prompt service. We had a spring break on our garage door and needed that serviced. Our door was pretty old so there were some other maintenance issues that were suggested to be updated as well. If you have any sort of skills with fixing things on your own, you may want to double check what kind of price gouging is going on with these extras before you have them completed. I made the mistake of having them fixed and my husband realized that we paid $220 for 10 rollers to be replaced when we could purchase these on our own for $25.00. This is very disappointing. So- buyer beware. Learn from our mistake.
