Precision Door was great! They responded to my online request, setting up an appointment for the next morning. I appriciated the phone call to let me know when Sam would be arriving, as well as the picture and brief bio to let me know who would be coming. Sam was very professional and kind, giving excellent explanations about what was wrong and the needed repairs. He also gave explanations about how the garage doors should function. We had an 10+ yr opener where the sensor eyes were picking up false indications, preventing the door from going down. I logged onto the Precision website 11pm Sunday evening and was able to make a service appt for Monday morning. Technician Sam called ~ 20 minutes ahead of his arrival on Monday morning to give us a heads up he was on his way. On site, he was very cordial, explained the situation, and some solutions--- all while not trying to upsell any product. New opener and rollers installed in ~ 1 1/2 hrs and everything is back to working as intended. Highly recommend!

They were actually earlier than the stated time to arrive, which was very nice. Jordan did a great job of explaining everything and what it would cost. He was very professional. It took him about a hour and 15 minutes to install new springs an an opener. It would have taken me all day with a lot of bad words and it probably wouldn't have been right.I will recommend Precision to all my friends.

I live in the townhomes around Copper Creek and my garage door would not close night before last. I am a widow 80+ years old so I locked the inside door and called my son the next morning. We called Precision Garage Door the next morning and it snowed most of the day and a technician arrived at 4:15 that afternoon. Jordan replaced several pieces of hardware and fixed the door good as new although the door is 20 years old. Very comforting to know I am safe and all is well in frigid temperatures! I am grateful for quality, affordable customer service when I needed it most!
