I picked Precision because of the great referrals from other people. They were not wrong. My technician, Sam is THE BEST. He did an outstanding job, went above and beyond without a doubt. My spring and rollers needed replaced and he made sure everything else was in top notch working order. It was hot the day he came and he stayed into the evening to get the job done. I never dreamed this door could work so quietly and smoothly! Besides his outstanding performance the best part for me was that he never once talked to me like I was a "stupid female" which women get a lot these days. If you have garage door issues call these guys!!

Very pleased with technician Sam. I wanted to get rid of my noisy chain garage door opener and he went over my options, and I choose the Genie Belt Drive option. Very quiet and smooth. He had all the equipment with him and started and finished the job within an hour. He went over everything with me and set up remotes and keypads and also my car. Would highly recommend.

I needed a service call for my garage door, a problem with the backup battery. Sam Mathis was the technician that responded. Sam had some available time earlier that the scheduled appointment so he was able to arrive an hour early. We discussed the state of the battery and after some questions/answers it was determined to just disconnect it. Sam then took a look/inspection of the track, springs and rollers. These were all in working order. The service call was concluded in less that 15 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment online, which was super fast and easy. I received a text message shortly before our tech Sam arrived. He was on time, very polite and very knowledgable. He assessed the operation of our doors and gave us 3 different options. I chose to go with the more expensive 15 year warranty. Sam got to work and basically completely overhauled both doors. We are very happy with the results!

On 4-15-23 I had Precision Door come and work on my garage door. I knew it was in bad shape. The nice gentleman came and wound up (almost) giving me a new door. All new hardware plus a new opener. Yesterday, (5-21-23) the door refused to open all the way. Finally got it open and had the same problem when I got back home. Today I called Precision and about 2 hours later, I had another very nice gentleman come to work on the door. After pushing all the buttons I didn't know were there and tightening something, it still did not work correctly. So, Thanks to Precision and Genie, I now have another new opener and it works beautifully. Still under warranty and they were quick to fix the problem. Thank you
