Jordan Andrus was the Technician that came to my rescue 2 years ago when my overhead garage door railing pulled loose from the door frame. Today one of my springs broke and I immediately called Precision Door Service based the excellent job Jordan did last time. I could not believe my luck when Jordan showed up again this time. We both recognized each other and he again made quick work of installing two new springs and three new bearings all in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Customer for life!!!

They installed our current system. I had a small problem late in the day, so called their 24/7 number. They showed up the next morning in a timely matter and took care of the problem. I was pleased that Precision Door could reach out to Stuart. I picked up the phone number from your TV ad. Sam was the service rep that provided the service. Basically, a maintenance issue and Sam was able to analyze the problem and make the necessary adjustments to the system that solved a closing problem with the door. We are very pleased with the service we received on a hot and humid Saturday. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest young men I have met. ( I was a high school teacher, so I have met a lot of young people.) He advised we replace our unit since the cables had come apart and it was very old. He removed the old one and replaced it with a new one that works very well. He was very diligent and made sure it worked correctly and that we understood how to use it. The fact that you offer service seven days a week with no emergency fee, was one of the things that prompted me to call. Thank you for your service.

I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so! He then went over all instructions and demonstrated the door opener working. It is so smooth and quiet! My wife and I are extremely thankful to Precision Doors and specifically, Sam our technician!

Google search for our area. First one I called and could get out same day. Your google ad said same day service and my car was stuck in the garage. Could have got out but needed a 2nd person. Came out in 3.5 hours and fixed in 5. Gave me 3 options on fixing and let me choose. No pressure on ether one.

I was given a quote, and the technician raised the door manually so I could leave for an appointment & he immediately started work. Had a great experience with Precision and the individual technician, Ryan. Contacted them before 8am via chat to make an appointment and Ryan was out by 11:30 to do the repairs. He talked me through what the issues were, their possible solutions and gave me a quote before any work was done. Within an hour, all repairs had been made and the garage door operates better than it ever had!
