What a spectacular experience. They were at my house within 4 hours of placing my service call. They clearly explained why the door broke and gave me options for a fix. The technician was phenomenal (give this guy a raise!) and had it fixed in 45 mins. I contacted Precision because they had 24/7 operators, had 5am-11pm appts. and their ad claimed best price in town. ALL WAS TRUE! I am so highly impressed with this company. They even called me back when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to move up my appointment because they knew I had a rush job. There phone staff is very patient and friendly. The person who came out, Jordan, had a positive, get-it-done attitude and the repair was 10 minutes, literally. It was very inexpensive, too! Highly recommend!
