Recommended to me by a friend. I called their 24-7 service line at ~ 6 am. Technician arrived by 8:30 and was professional, knowledgeable and did excellent work. After looking things over, he explained in plain English the issues with my garage door and options to address them. I chose the things I wanted done and he got it completed thoroughly and in very good time. Very impressive.

I have been putting off getting the garage door units repaired as unsure of the cost as needed new opener, unit, spring,etc. I called for an estimate. They came same day. The cost was reasonable and they began fixing it immediately and fixed in 1-2 hours at most. My neighbors will so impressed I am parking my car in the garage! Bryce was great- thorough, explained it all, gave me options, highly recommend!

3-15-21 We chose Precision because we were aware of their television commercials. Our door would only come up about 3' and we could not get our cars out. To make matters worse it was 9:00 AM Sunday morning so we felt like we were in jail. I goggled Precision and saw they would come out on Sundays with no extra charges. i used the text option and within a few texts had a appointment time set for between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Our Tech Ryan, arrived about 11:00 AM, very professional and reviewed our situation. He drew up a plan and priced it out for us. Within an hour we were back in business with a new spring roller system that was twice as strong as the builders system and twice as quiet. We also have a 5 year guarantee. The price was fair and are happy with the service/system.
