We called to schedule a service for our garage springs to be replaced. Our appointment was set for the same day as the call between 2&4pm. At 12:50pm I received a call from the technician that he could head my way earlier then expected, arriving within 20 mins to be exact which was wonderful. After an inspection there of course was more that needed to be repaired then met the eye. Kyle walked us through a variety of options and was more then happy to answer all the questions we had. Kyle was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! When the work was done he showed us everything and tested it out a couple times before he left. We were happy to hear that there were payment options, not many companies will accommodate in this area most times. Fortunately we didn’t have to utilize this but great to know for future. We will be reaching out to Precision with all our future garage needs.

I choose Precision because they answered the phone and could get to me on Saturday afternoon. I have a lot of valuable stuff in my garage, and would not want to leave the door open over night. The way it was, it was impossible to close the garage door. Your representative was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, repaced all the worn or broken parts and did a great job. I will choose Precision again if I have future garage door problems.
