Garage door cable broke. Eric came out and evaluated the door and gave me three options to remedy the door. One to get it fully safe operational capacity, Second, to get it operational and to be able to give it a five year warranty. Or finally the one I chose to operate and stabilize with a 7 year warranty. The price on all three were very reasonable and did not try to overstate the performance and buy a new door. Fixed with third option and all problems of the door were alleviated including the poor seal on the bottom of the door. Great job.

5* Rating! Tech Blake was very profession, friendly, and thorough in explaining what was broken and what needed repair. I also appreciated his call that he would be arriving in 15 minutes. He gave me all 3 written options, and once I selected the option he was done within ONE HOUR! Excellent service and work!

Called for a appointment this morning and was told a service tech would arrive between 10 am and noon. 9:55 am Blake arrived. Very very professional. I thought only springs needed replaced but he showed me other problems so we did all that was needed. Will never use anyone else. Blake was outstanding. Thank you

I chose Precision for my garage door because I saw an ad on TV. We called Tuesday afternoon and Eric was here Wednesday morning. He called 30 minutes before he came. He was friendly, efficient, and explained the problem. We needed another bolt on the metal part that holds the garage door to the opener. He sprayed everything, checked the spring, and gave us a thorough checkup. I would highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

This Company is fantastic!! Our garage door broke on Sunday, I called another company first that said 24 hour emergency service and they wouldn't come out till Tuesday, because of the holiday. So I called Precision and wow what wonderful customer service. They were here at 11am ON the holiday. So professional and polite. Blake had it all fixed within an hour. He was great. I recommend Precision to everyone, they are awesome!!!!

Definately over priced service and over charged. I was charged $60 for $20 bearings. I had 3 installed, do the math. I understand some mark up as appropriate, but 300%?? Only greed and theft, can justify that.

My torsion spring broke on a Friday evening. I called Precision Door Service early Saturday morning. The person answering my call was very friendly. Within 2 hours Jeffrey was at my place. He was very professional and explained costs and options. Work was completed promptly without any concerns. Thanks Jeffrey for doing a great job and fixing this on a weekend.
